Bromsberrow Parish Council Meeting
Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Tuesday 18th July 2017
7.30pm at Bromsberrow Village Hall

1. Apologies for absence

2. To receive Declarations of Interest Councillors are reminded of the need:-
a) To update their register of disclosable interests. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a disclosable interest)
b) To declare any undisclosed interests to items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)

3. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than three minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman

To receive an update on the Parish Emergency Plan.

To receive an update on the remedial work needed for the War Memorial.

To consider completing the requested Area for improvement suggestion form from GAPTC.

8. Community Village Shop
To receive an update on the Community Shop

9. Parish Defibrillators
To consider signage for the Parish Defibrillators.

10. Planning
10.1 To receive an update on the licence for Bromsberrow Quarry.

10.2 To receive Planning decisions from Forest of Dean District Council.

11. Highways
11.1 To receive Highways Issues for reporting and an update on ongoing problems.

11.2 To receive an update on the grant application for Speed Indicator Devices.

11.3 To consider completing the Highways Customer Service Satisfaction Survey for AMEY Gloucestershire.

12. Financial items
12.1 To approve and adopt the summary of receipts and payments.

12.2 To consider and approve invoices for payment.
