Bromsberrow Parish Council Meeting
Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Tuesday 21st November 2017
7.30pm at Bromsberrow Village Hall
1. Apologies for absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest Councillors are reminded of the need:-
a) To update their register of disclosable interests. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a disclosable interest)
b) To declare any undisclosed interests to items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)
3. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than three minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman

To receive an update on the Parish Emergency Plan.
6. Community Shop.
To receive an update on the Community shop.
7. Remembrance Day
To receive a report on the Remembrance service.
To review the administration of the Parish Council website.
To further consider a Parish Council report in the Parish Newsletter.
10. Parish Defibrillators
To receive an update on signage for the Parish Defibrillators
11.1 To receive an update on the site meeting for Bromsberrow Quarry.
11.2 Planning Applications

Description Approval of Reserved Matters for outline planning permission P1173/16/OUT for the erection of 5 dwellings..

11.3 To receive Planning decisions from Forest of Dean District Council.
7, Sandfields, Bromsberrow Heath.
12.1 To receive a report on the meeting with the Head of Highways to discuss the placement of the posts for Speed Indicator Devices and any other highways issues discussed.
12.2 To receive an update on the grant application for Speed Indicator Devices.
12.3 To consider supporting Dymock Parish Council for traffic calming measures in Bromsgreen.
12.4 To receive Highways Issues for reporting.
13. Financial items
13.1 To consider the Budget and Precept for 2018/19
13.2 To approve and adopt the summary of receipts and payments.
13.3 To consider and approve invoices for payment.

15. Matters to be raised for next meeting
Each Councillor is requested to use this opportunity to raise items for inclusion on future agendas. Councillors are respectfully reminded that this particular item is not an opportunity for debate or decision making.
16. Date of next meeting
The next meeting is currently scheduled for the 16th January 2018.
