Bromsberrow Parish Council Meeting
Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Tuesday 20th March 2018
7.30pm at Bromsberrow Village Hall
1. Apologies for absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest: Councillors are reminded of the need:-
a) To update their register of disclosable interests. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a disclosable interest)
b) To declare any undisclosed interests to items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)
3. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than three minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman

5. Emergency Plan
To receive an update on the Parish Emergency Plan.
6. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
To consider setting up a GDPR Working group to consider NALCs GDPR Toolkit and report back at the next meeting.
7. Litter Pick
To consider a Parish Litter Pick and the Parish Council obligations.
To receive an update on the Parish Council website.
To consider the content for the Parish Council report in the Community Shop
10. Parish Defibrillators
To receive an update on signage for the Parish Defibrillators.
11. Memorial Green
To receive a report on the damage to the Memorial Green and consider any action required.
12.1 To receive an update on the issues at Bromsberrow Quarry.
12.2 Planning Applications
a) Site The Meadows Bromsberrow Heath,
Description Outline application for the erection of up to 5 self-build dwellings with associated works with all matters reserved apart from access. (Revised description.).

The next meeting is currently scheduled for the 15th May 2018 and will be the Annual Parish Council Meeting.
